Default mail with HR-CRM synchronisation

Hello,

I have the HR-CRM Integration enabled from our ECC 6.0 system to our SRM and Solution Manager system.
Everything is working fine except the following:

My organization model was not completely accurate So I started tr-PFAL to update the organization model. Now everyone who got a change in the satellite systems get the following cryptic email:

Alert-ID: ##00203##

Afdeling gewijzigd



???


Could anyone explain to me how I could disable this standard mail.
