logon balancing error

I am using SAPGUI 620. Since few days whenever I

try to connect to any of our SAP systems, I am

getting following error...

This is intriguing. Have you tried to log in from a SAPgui from another machine?

I vaguely recall Windows machines suffer from ARP - Address Resolution Protocol (or somesuch) cache problem.

there are lot of possibilities.
have you checked that the message server is still running (in process list)? is any interesting in the message server log?
