Could not create DMR in DP90

Dear Experts,

We could not create DMR in DP90. It shows Order type 'CR' has not been defined in Sales area. Message no. V1502

We have created several DMR's in the past. DIP settings are OK. Cost is shown in iw32 --> Costs Tab.

Please help me.

A CR is usually a credit memo document.

And a CR is usually created when you have negative costs on your order.

Review your order costs.

You can filter-out these -ve costs in the DIP Profile under the Sources section

Great. Yup there are -ve costs in the order. thanks to the user who cancelled the goods movement through mb1a and not through MBST.
