CK40N does not recognise Bom Usage 5!

Hi, I'm looking to cost a sales Bom via CK40N.
I select Bom Useage 5 via the dynamic selections but it tells me there is no bom for the product I am costing.
There is a bom and it is costed correctly using CK11.
Can anyone suggest why CK40N is not picking up the bom?

1) Check BOM selection in OPJI.
2) Check BOM item status for relevancy to costing.
