LSMW Step-by-step guide

Can any one tell where i can find the step by step guide to execute the LSMW tran code. I have uploaded some data using CATT after following the literature given in sap-img.com site . Which is quite good as screen by screen steps are explained.
I searched but could not locate such guide.
PL help anybocy.
