Hi Gurus,
I want maintenance plans to generate 12 call. One call every month.
I am using strategy with 1 MON freq.
I do not want to use Key date...
Because some of the calls are after 28th and there are moved ahead..
If i use "time " only some time more than 1 calls are generated per month.
How is this possible......
waiting for some light..
saby
Thanks & Regards
Saby

Saby,
One easy way is to create a factory calendar with the required maintenance days i.e. 1 per month.
You then create a maintenance plan with a 1 DAY frequency.
The drawback with this solution is that you need to keep the factory calendars maintained well into the future.

That will be too much maintenance.
Key date does it quiet well...
Only problem are end of months...
Thanks & Regards

Agree ,..
Planners need to adjust the dates between 1 - 28th of each month.
Thanks for the response Pete.
