LSO - New Course not showing in Catalog

Good afternoon all.

I have had an issue raised with me where a newly created Course is not displaying in the Course Catalg until the following day - this is not happening for all users - some are seeing their new Courses immediately.

Can anyone suggest a possible cause for this?

If its in LSO_PSV2 then its probably a filter that you have set. Go to "settings" in the menu and select "change settings". Make sure that the different views and menus are within the period.

If its on ESS, then you have a customizing options to set a default, but if a user has saved a new personal setting it might also be the cause.
