F110 Print job

I have a user who one launches the print job to spool for transaction F110 but is suddenly unable to do it. The job dies after Step 2 of 5 with an error message of EU518 that states:
Diagnosis
"You attempted to display a workbench object , but have no display authorization"
You attempted to change a workbench object, but have neither the change nor the display authorization.
System response
Object display refused
Procedure
The system uses authorization object S_DEVELOP for workbench objects, but your user master record contains no authorization for S_DEVELOP. If necessary , as your system adminstrator to give you this authorization.

Our security folks are loathe to give her this authorization. Any ideas on what this could be??

could just be that the job times out, and then tries to display the short dump. That is only possible to show if the user has S_DEVELOP.
I wouldn't grant that either - no end users require this. You can do an authorisation trace and see if anything else fails.
