Intransit Stock

We have a couple products that show intransit stock in ECC but the intransit key figure in the APO planning book isn't updated. Now have checked the following

Material master is correct
Delivery is PGId in the supply plant
There are no CIF errors
Checked the Que manager and no issues there

What would be the next step in figuring out why the intransit bucket isn't being updated? The intransit stock in between company codes.

Maybe check in CFM5 if there is an active integration model for the matloc and also check if the stock shows in the product view (/SAPAPO/RRP3) for both locations.

Thanks for the reply. Found out our issue was with a customer delivery output type that wasn't posting properly due to the STO not having the confirmation control key.
