SAP Development Request Directly at SAP

Had a look at the B1 section and not many posts so thought I would go up a level.

I am new to SAP and B1 and after much trolling on the SAP SDN SCN forums etc can not find out how one goes about submitting feedback to the SAP development/maintenance teams for change requests? I can see people rolling around laughing on that one as I gather that SAP moves rather slow. But still the question has to be asked.
