Action box execution during notification saving

Hi all,
On notification type S1 ( Trx Iw51 ) there is standard action box "Send confirmation of receipt"
This action box send an email with an attachment ( sapscript )
When I choise the action box , a screen appears for input data as email address , title and so on. I put all data and confirm
A task is created
When I save notification the email is sent
This work fine .

As the email address is always the same ( contact person email ) and title and body text is always the same , is required to send always the email when first time the notification is saved

Do you know if this is possible by action box ?

Yes this can be done but it requires development.

You need to copy the standard function module linked to the Action Box setting. Then make the necessary changes.

If you need this to be automatic (i.e. after notif is first saved) then I wouldn't use the Action Box, but instead use user-exit QQMA0014 (TCode SMOD) to send the required data

Now I'm changing idea and I think to works with output types ( print immeditly by email )

seemed to easy

By customizing seem not possible to select the transmission medium field for the output type ( only printer )

P.s. On the SD module , with Trasmissium medium = 5 external send I send automatically output by email during invoice saving
