SAP End-to-End Payroll Implementation for Multiple Countries

Hi Gurus,

I need some guidance to estimate implementation time-line for an end-to-end payroll solution in each of the following countries (approximately 50 employees per country) with typical challenges faced during localization, if any.

1)USA
2)UK
3)Malaysia
4)France
5)Belgium

Any ideas, thoughts or comments would be much appreciated.
