How to start in SAP MM field?

dear my frens,

i'm a newbies here.. currently i'm attending SAP MM Functional course. At the meantime, i don't have any experience related to SAP..

so how for me to start my career in SAP especially in SAP MM? for your info, i take the course bcoz, i'm going to resign from my current company as they want to downsizing the organisation soon.

Hope anyone here can show me the career path for beginner like me.
