SAP HCM Trainer needed asap Online or face to face

Hi, I would like to become a SAP HCM Functional Consultant and I am looking for a trainer either online or face to face. I am based in England, UK. I am a fast leaner and have lifecycle software implementation experience but not in SAP. The trainer must have solid experience of SAP HCM & commited to see me through to Certification.

Seems no one is ready to train me as I have not got any replies. Maybe I need to go to India for some decent training then.

Please can someone recommend a good SAP training college in India other than the SAP Academy.

1. I have decent hcm experience and also trained and set up at least one big competency in my past.
2. I am committed to my family, my friends and my clients in that order, in short I cant be bothered to be any more 'committed' than I already am.
3. I am no great fan of certification so wouldn't recommend it reason is --> getting certified without experience is an illusion, and after you are experienced, its a sales strategy, both of which do not figure out in my priorities
4. Having said the above, if you are still hell bent on learning sap hcm in a non-sap-academy, my 2 cents worth would be --> avoid training (non-sap-academy)centers in India, the quality of education you get there is crap. Or you can search this forum for some sensible pointers towards a 'possible-course-of-action'.
