Sort Pay Advices

Postby carhee » Wed Sep 29, 2004 8:49 am

Once we run the Create DME, the payroll department wants the payment advices to sort by Cost Center. I notice the sort variant is defined in table T021M whixh looks at the fields of a vendor. The problem is that the vendor fields do not have a cost center option.

Does anyone know of another option to use? How can I get it to sort by cost centers.

We are using the RFFOUS_T program. Which is the Transfers/Bank Direct Debit in ACH Transfer Program.

Hi

We too have the same requirement to run DME with cost center as the sort criteria. But it is not working. Did you find anything on this? If so, can you please update this, so that we can use it.

Thanks

Yes, we did find a solution.

The programmer had to change the variant in sort advice to include cost center. The DME program reads Vendor information. The cost center is not stored on vendor information. So you need to indicate in the program to look for the cost center from PA.
