Hi all,

I wanted to understand the concept of projects in CTS and under the project in spro_admin CTS project switch and assigned CTS requests and various other options.Can anyone explain briefly about the same.Thanks.

there's a lot of documentation on the usage of CTS-projects out there in the web. Just try google!
