Hi all

i have a query that is bugging me.

We have refreshed our Q environment with production. Everything now seems to be ok but the issue we have is that when a Shopping Cart has been approved, a Purchase Req is created rather than a PO.

I have no idea why this is happening.

can anyone help please?
we are on version 4.0. (quite old i know).

Hope you have checked the settings in IMG>SRM>SRM server>Cross-Application Basic Settings> Define Objects in Backend System (Purch. Reqs, Reservations, Purch. Orders) .
