i read about this predictor in some magazine on a train, it uses a reverse engineered formula to predict who will win based on a combination of factors including gdp..

so not only does brazil win, but new zealand gets through to the second round!!!

Saturday the USA had our first game of the World Cup against some country name Rooney. He/they/it was OK but his performance in Goal was a little disappointing

Germany all the way.

Or Brazil

Or Argentina. Because of the magician named Lionel Messi.

Anyone of these three I would be fine.

As long as the Vuvuzela loses.... Man they are annoying. It sounds like a hive full of bees buzzing non-stop.

I don't watch a lot of soccer on TV. I usually watch a few games when the World Cup comes around, but this buzzing sound is a total turn off.

The french-speaking telecast in Canada suppressed most of the crown noise which makes it a bit easier to listen.

The dutch network station, fortunately, did the same.....From what I understood, more european broadcasting stations followed this example as well.

OMG New Zealand has a World Cup point - which strangely enoughs keeps us equal with Italy in our group... well that's what I'm told not really up with this footy thing.

What I do know is we are currently donig better than Aussie, which is truly weird!

The English network shouwing the England V USA game. They surpressed the whole build up and scoring of our one and only goal by showing and advert for Hyundai. Man I was angry - I wouldn't have minded a Ford advert, but Hyundai! Phrwwaarr.

Hopefully there was no advertisment during the US goal. BTW, heard a report during lunch today that UK tabloids are reporting that Mr. Green's performance was related to his recent breakup with girl friend.

Well, I think Spain can be removed from the favorites - list after yesterday's performance.
Just two more games and they can go back to their sheep.

Perhaps the best players for Spain were out on strike because of a freaking 5% pay cut. Dirty Mexicans

Portugal Vs Kora = 7-0.

Wow! 7 goals in 1 game! That is as many goals as 5 normal Soccer games!
