Mass processing of SOP data for own planning type

Postby PP495 » Thu Aug 01, 2013 4:17 am

Dear colleagues,
please help me with below issue regarding SOP (Sales and Operations planning) functionality.

Probably, someone came up against a situation when it is necessary to output in a change mode SOP plan for several Finished Goods (SKU) for mass data input for own types of planning?
I will describe situation below:

In standard SOP S076 info-structure following standard planning types:
• SOPDIS (SOP: Disaggregate product group)
• SOPKAPAM (SOP: Plan individual material)

There is a task - to output in a change mode SOP plan for several Finished Goods (SKU) for mass data input
In standard S076 info-structure it can be done by below transactions:
• MC76 (Break Down PG Plan) or
• MC93 (Create plan for flexible planning) for planning type SOPDIS

Further there is a sub-screen for disaggregation of planned data from product group level to SKU. Since disaggregation is not required, just skip this screen by ENTER and the system moved to screen of SOP plan creation. This screen contains 2 screen sections:
• 1st screen section is for planned data entry at product group level
• 2nd screen section is planned data entry at level of separate SKU

In our situation we created the 2 planning types (which combines standard key figures from S076 info-structure and own created key-figures).
Settings of these 2 planning types (general description) are similar to standard planning types SOPDIS and SOPKAPAM.

If we run MC93 transaction for own planning type (which similar to SOPDIS) system also outputs 2 sections of the screen:
• 1st screen section is for planned data entry at product group level
• 2nd screen section is planned data entry at level of separate SKU
But thus in the screen section for separate SKU data entry is impossible.

Probably, someone solved this problem using standard functionality for execution of mass viewing/editing of SOP data for Finished Goods (SKU) in one transaction.
Or you created additional development for this?

Eugene
