Hi Experts,
I'm running MPS with ' Determination of basic dates for Planned Order' as a background job which works perfectly, now my business users want to ran MPS with 'Lead Time Scheduling' also as a background job but only for specific material numbers in the same plant. What is the best way to run 'MPS with 'Lead Time Scheduling' for specific material no's.

MRP group doesn't cover the scheduling option, therefore you need to code it in a user exit. You may still use MRP group as an identifier and when the group = XYZ you can run the MPS job with lead time scheduling. You need this as a separate job step, and then the original job will need to be filtered also (user exit) to exclude these materials - so basically it would be a two step job running some with lead time scheduling and some with basic scheduling.
