Planned order doesn't exist anymore after conversion

Post by yuzuohong » Wed Oct 10, 2012 9:27 pm

Hi,

I convert a planned order into a process order. Then in the process order I can see that planned order in Assigment tab but the planned order actually just disappears if I want to look into it n transaction MD13. Is there any configuration for that behavior?

Thanks

yu

Yu,

I'm not aware of any configuration that keeps the planned orders after they are converted. Just curious, what's the reason you want the system to keep them?

The "plan" is now executed when you converted it. It is an advanced stage of existence, than just the plan. The old planned order number can be seen on the production/process order header for reference purpose only, but otherwise, it is done with.
