"Proposal Shift for Single-Screen Entry" cannot be inputted

Dear all,

according to SAP ECC6.0 EHP3 release notes,business function "LOG_PP_SRN_CONF" is available, and it has been actived, yet the "Proposal Shift for Single-Screen Entry" and "Shift Grouping" in IMG of "Define Single Screen Entry" cannot be inputted, both of them are gray,so I cannot congfirm a production order referred to a shift.

I am not sure whether there is something else has to be defined? thanks in advance!
