Need query to link Reservation to PO Line

Postby Keith » Mon Nov 11, 2002 11:11 pm

Am trying to create a query where I can have a report which shows all of the material for a project and where there has been a PO Requisition generated to buy for the wbs-element show the PO Req and the PO#

Have been able to find and link PROJ+CAUFV+RESB for material required
Have been able to find and link CAUFV+EKPO+EKKN for material on order

Have not been able to link the 2 together. Haven't been able to find a reservation table that shows either the PO Req and item (yes the fields are there but no data) or a PO table that shows the reservation and item.

I also tried to create a quickview using PSJ.ldb but I get nothing but dumped.

Other than the standard "go see your ABAP'er" answer can anyone point me towards a table that I haven't yet discovered?

thanks
Keith

Using MSEG to Link RESB & EBAN/EKPO

Postby Keith » Tue Nov 12, 2002 7:35 am

Lawlord - MSEG is the material doc table. What I am trying to create is a query linking the project reservation/PO Requisition/PO line so that I can run a report showing all of the outstanding items, how they are being purchased and when the are scheduled.

If they haven't been received then there won;t be a record yet in MSEG. Also what happens when so of my items are for service or drop shipment items where there won't be a material doc?

The table is RSDB ...

... Index of the RESB for the Direct Procurement Element.

There U should find the links required.

Actually I found that RSDBS provides what I needed to connect the RESB side with the EKPO side.
