Difference between PS and IM

Postby steve2 » Fri Jun 17, 2011 2:27 am

We are considering implementation for company that mainly invests in lots for residential buildings and also constructs buildings. We are considering PS and Investment Management. Could you help me understand the differences, pluses and minuses of PS and IM? From what I know PS is to use projects, whereas IM could be on top of PS to manage complex projects?
Thanks,
Steve

PS is used to handle project management,
where as IM is used to handle program management.
