Hi All.
We are implementing SAP for a compressor manufacturing unit in Saudia Arabia. Each project has around 200 WBS with almost around 5 activities per network attached to the WBS. We are using header assigned networks.
The client would like to attach weightages to activities and use the EVA method to calculate progress. However according to SAP, EVA i.e agregation of weightages to the WBS/Project level will not work for header assigned networks and shall only work for Activity assigned networks.
Which would be the best method for calculating Planned / Actual EVA calculation. I would prefer the weightage method. Other option would be to use Milestone monitoring.
Need your advices on the same.
