Status Change and Date of Status Change

Postby Jeff T. » Thu Oct 24, 2002 10:23 am

Another shot in the dark... we are looking for a way to tell how many/which projects were set to a specific system status in a given month. I do not believe that there are any standard reports that will show this, does anyone know of any?

I have also been looking for a table that may hold this information so that I could potentially develop an Infoset Query, but I have not been able to find a table. Does anyone know a table that tracks status changes and the dates of those status changes?

Thanks!
Jeff

Status Change and Date of Status Change

hello ,

in CJ20N and CJ02, it's possible to display the log of status changes on the 'status overview' screen.

just go to the menu en click on 'extra->change documents->all'

there, just doubleclick on the status , wher you find date and person who set this status.

Don't forget to set the 'change documents' flag for statuses in the project profile

Thanks for the help!

My Infoset Query worked great!

I linked JCDS, to PROJ, and TJ02 and was able to create a query that gave me Project ID, status', dates, users, etc.

Thanks again!

Hello Jeff

May be this helps, take a look at the tables "TJ02T" and "jcds", you will have to link this two table with projects using object number (field OBJNR).
For projects the Object number starts with PD and for WBS with PR.

Hope this helps,

Cheers
