Project data changes & PR release date

Hi all,

I have a PR that is assigned to my project network.

I am aware that any changes in the basic date, after scheduling of project, could lead to a update in PR delivery date and PR release date.

Does anyone knows why a change settlement rule (from PER to FUL) in level one WBS, after scheduling of project, also will cause a change in the PR release date?

What are the possible changes in project beside changing basic dates, could lead to new update in the PR release date?
