User status for Appropriation request changed

Hi

Can anybody guide us for the following issue?

We have many appropriation requests created in the production system.

Around a week back, we made few changes in user status profile by deleting 2 statuses & crating new ones with the same name but with different status id numbers. This was done based on the new business requirements.
This allowed to create new AR with the new status profile, however when we are trying to view old AR & click on the control data tab, it is throwing us system dump.

We simulated the scenario in sand box & changed the profile same as the old one & tested if now system allows us to open old AR, but system is still throwing dump.

Can anybody guide us for the solution?
