System status for Permit Issued

Hi,
I could not find any staus for Permit issued?
I created a PM order with assigned a permit & saved. not when i checked system status there i could not find any staus which can show that permit is assigned to maint. order. The same problem i found after issue of permit that once permit is issued for order it should show in system status form?
Any one know how can we set this status or some other way to find out the orders for which permits have been issued so that planner can process with these orders.
Also if some one know the Business transection for permit issue please write.

Hi,
Thanks for Replay, but what you have written is Transaction code that i know. I want to know the Business transaction that system executes on screen when we assign permit in maint. order it self.
For example: when we click on schedule icon, a business transaction RMTM is execute.
