IW47 report other than actual work order hours

We would like to have leave or sick time show on a work order confirmation report
At present only the actual work hours for a work order is shown say 4 hours worked on the work order report IW47
so the Manager have to look all over, to find what the other 4 hours was used for
It really is cumbersome, if you have many
Are there ways to enter sick leave? personal time etc to have the full 8 hours accounted for?

any ideas or solutions will be appreciated
