Work Order TECO at Call Completion in IP10

Hello Experts, need your help here!

I am trying to remember if the work order associated to a maintenance call in IP10 gets automatically TECOd as soon as the user clicks on "completion" button (black and white flag) in IP10. I am providing production support to a client and have an user saying that he could do that before but now they can't. Trying to figure out if this is really expected functionality of if they must definitely go to IW32 to be able to complete this order.

I have reproduced it in their system and in fact, work order TECO is NOT happening when from IP10 but before I contact the user, I want to check with the experts here to see if this is standard behavior.

Could you please let me know ?
