IP10 Scheduling Issues

Postby neto1a » Wed Jun 18, 2014 8:34 am

I had one maintenance plan with two items, one for gear 4 and other for gear 5. Both had maintenance cylcle 2 Years. I changhed both to 3 yers and separeted them. The gear 4 I created a new plan and the gear 5 i kept the old plan. The last order confirmation for the gear 4 was 18 01 13, gear 5 was 21 11 12.
both plans are with the following parameters:
Shift Factor Late Compl. 0
Tolerance (+) 0
Shift Factor Early Compl. 0
Tolerance (-) 0
Cycle modification factor 1
Factory calendar

Call horizon 90%
Scheduling period 999 DAY
NO Completion requirmnt

Scheduling indicator: time
SCHEDULING BY DAYS

In my understanding, when I restart both plans, both will have to generate order 3.6 (0,1*36) months before right?

The problem: When I program plan (gear 4) in IP10, i put in Start of cycle 18 01 13.
Then appears to PlanDate 18 01 16, Call date 13 12 15, Due packages 3Y.
Where is 3.6 months before? The order will only appear 1 month before.

Other problem: When I program plan (gear 4) in IP10, i put in Start of cycle 18 01 11.
Then appears first line: PlanDate 17 01 13, Call date "in blank", Due packages 2Y. Second line: PlanDate 16 01 17, Call date 04 11 16, Due packages 3Y.
Why did he pull those two years? And again, where is 3.6 months before? The order will only appear 72 days before.

Please, I need help. Because this happens with many plans that I'm reviewing.

Thank you,

neto1a,

Sometimes plans get confused..

Delete this plan and create a new one.

Hi,

Try IP12. That is for display (IP11 is for change).
