Hi Experts,
We have a requirement for notification Tasks ( driven by resp profile from Contract item) to pass the planned start and end dates to all the item tasks.
The tasks are the same at the header and item level , however the personal responsible is different. Basically the header tasks are the milestone tasks set by customer to report on status and item tasks is for the vendors to work on.
any help will be great.
Thanks

The header tasks are generated from the response profile in the contract line item. However the item tasks are determined separately from a ztable. Both header and item tasks are same and only differ by the person responsible ( in header task it is the supervisor and in item task it is the subcontractor). Hence the planned start and end time for onthe tasks level needs to be same. The issue we have is that all item tasks when release only take the planned start and end time of the last header task only. here is an example
Current System Response.
Header Tasks
Tskhdr 001 Task A 29/05 12:49 29/05 1300
Tskhdr 002 Task B 29/05 13:00 29/05 1330
Tashdr 003 Task C 29/05 13:30 29/05 1400
Item Tasks
Tskhdr 001 Task A 29/05 13:30 29/05 1400
Tskhdr 002 Task B 29/05 13:30 29/05 1400
Tashdr 003 Task C 29/05 13:30 29/05 1400
Required System Response

You can probably use user-exit QQMA0014 (at SAVE event) to change the data as required. See TCode SMOD.
