Not correct serial number in IW38

Hello ,

I have the following problem in PM , when I call the order list by using IW38 in the field of the serial numbers are not always the correct serial number displayed. In this field the equipment number is displayed.

Any idea's?

In the serial number configuration, have you aligned the serial number with the equipment number?

Hey Pete,

Is the alligment between serial number and equipment number a setting in SPRO?

We have equipments with serial number = to the equipment number , but when we know the correct serial number we change this.
Wat we see is that these chang is don on the master data but when we go to the order overview than we see in the field ot the serial number the equipment number.
