Hi all!
I am struggeling and I hope that you may be able to help:
We would like to design our customer-service process as follows:
1. Create a sales order which triggers the creation of a CS-order
2. Post materials and hour confirmations to CS-order
3. Use information from CS-order for resource-related billing
Here comes the problem: I would like to have the system ADD item lines to the sales order already existing (see step 1) instead of creating a new sales order (billing request) upon performing the DP90 in step 3.
I do know that this is working for the repair order. Is this the clue that I do have to activate a repair profile although I am not using repair functionalities?
Any ideas / suggestions would be highly appreciated.
Thanks!

I haven't tried this, but try entering the sales order number in DP90

Try looking into the following exit.
EXIT_SAPLAD15_001 if the RRB run on the Sales Order does not work.
let us know how it went.

Hello everybody!
Here is the solution we implemented:
In order to get the system to add the item lines produced in the resource related billing as subitems to the service item, the corresponding sales document type needs to be set up with indicator G in the sales document type.
This will do the magic and then it works without user exit or anything alike.
Best regards
