I have an unusual requirement for PM, although I know they do it in PP occasionally.
For each labor confirmation (e.g IW41), I need two labor cost postings, labor rate plus overhead, but I don’t want the duplicataion of the hours.
Example:
T-code IW41. Labor Activity Type = MLBR. Overhead Activity Type = MOVH. Single confirmation entry for 1 hr.
Result:
Operations Actual Hours = 1hr. Cost posting = (1hr X MLBR) + (1hr X MOVH)
Thanks in advance.

Hi there,
I don't know if it is possibile to do this with standard set up in the master data of KP26.
Alternative would be using a userexit during confirmation to do an additional cost posting on the PM-order.
Look in SMOD for the CONFPM* exits.
If somebody knows if there is a standard scenario, let it know.
Thx
Regards, P

Hi,
There is one option you have maintain the two line item regarding Labor and overheads Activity Hour in maint order(Operation Tab) after that maintain the activity rates of those activity type through TC- KP26.
Maintain your Value category and assign cost element seperately both activity by TC- SPRO.than you will book your Labor and overheads confirmation seperately and you can view your actual cost in maint order (Cost Tab).
These solution will be help for your problem.

Akhilesh

Hi,
You can also look in the customizing:
Maintenance and Service Processing-->Maintenance and Service Orders-->Functions and Settings for Order Types-->Costing Data for Maintenance and Service Orders
Here you can make settings in the costing sheet with overhead rates.
Perhaps that will resolve your qeustion.
