Responsible person in the WO operation IW31

Dear colleagues.
Tr IW31 There is Work centre and a responsible person for the first operation (header tab ) of word order AFVGD-PERNR . However the responsible person does not exist at the operation tab , only work centre is here.
Is it possible to add the responsible person at the operational level as well . IW41 - confirmation the responsible person also used.

hi Lola,

I think it depends on how you have the system set-up, you can assign a person to an operation in the Reqmnts Assigment tab under Enhancement in IW31/32 Operations screen.

On my previous engagement we had technicians / engineers created as Business Partners (HR Mini Master was in place), Using MRS the work was schedueld to available resources and each Operation was assigned to a technician/engineer. HR assignment was done for the work centre.

1. Go to the Operations tab
2. Double-click on the operation number (e.g. 0010) to drill down to the detail
3. You will now see the Person No on the Internal tab
