1 repair order with many items...

Hi guys,

I've got this peculiar case. My client has a repair center. Each month, they receive a lot of repair request per customer. Let say we've a customer who sends in 100 items (materials) for repair. These items are not serialized therefore no equipment master will be created! Now, say I create a repair order with all the material details. Can 1 service order be created from this repair order? Or do you have any other idea? It should also be possible to generate a report with material details repaired over a period of time.
