Action Box on Notifications

We are implementing SM and Training & Event Management, ideally we would like to access PSV2 (Business Event Menu) from the action box within a service notification - has anyone done this or have advice on this?

I've also implemented the SM module. You should make an entry in customizing. Mostly done in PM under notifications and Actionbox
