What possible solutions do we have to the following scenario:

We have a workorder operation which can not start until all requested components (materials) allocated in the order has been received in stock.

Problem 1.
The order header status change to "GMPS- Goods movements posted" as soon as you post goods receipt with account assignment "service order", but this does not indicate if all goods have been received or not.

Problem 2.
We normally use the transaction IW37 "List of operations" to search open operations for a work centre/individual employee. In this transaction we can not see the order header status "GMPS" at all.

Hello Jory,
I'll try to suggest you as I got your problems.

First, you can come down into displaying order by double-click on order number.
Second, you can write your owner report by means of ABAP/4 or ABAp/QUERY.

As I see there is not a system status showing all goods issue. You have to come down into component overview in transaction IW32(33) or make this capability in your own report.

We rely on the whse to set a user status of MSTG (material staged).
