creation of notification automaticaly in a repair order

I’ am implementing an After Sales repair flow based on the CS objects, on a SAP R/3 4.5B version.

According to the Ides mentioned scenario, I use a repair order ( tcode VAO1) to create a service order after I received the serial number to repair.
I want to create a notification attached to the service order automatically created.

According to the standard customizing, in the T350 table, it is not possible to link a SM03 type order to a notification. (it is possible for the standard flow with SM01 or SM02 type order)

(I made a test, but I have now problems with the Table T365)

I would like to have information concerning this point

Hi,

The link is not built in PM cutomising.

The SAP process is that you raise a Customer notification and from that you generate a repiar order. See note 114872 for required details of process and configuration.

i've already read the OSS note you mentionned, but it doesn't exactly works like my customer need.
