Hello,
I have a repair order scenario.
The service Product is configurable in the repair order type RA. When a Service order ( SM03) is created , I am not able to access the configuration of the Service Product. Therefore my Task list ( configurable) is not working properly.
( I know the way I used to access the config details of the Service Product when I work with Contract.).
Does any one has encountered this problem?

Have you made the necessary setting in TCode OISD?

You can attaches images via a URL, but that means you need to load them on the web somewhere
