Creating Maintenance plans & task listsFirst timer, please bear with me. I've created Maintenance Plans & Task Lists for equipment in my plant but what i need is to upload exploded drawings to the Maint. Plan or Task List. Is this possible so that whenever the plan is due for call I will be able to print out the PM work order & automatically the uploaded exploded drawing will also print. Not sure if i'm making myself clear enough.
Re: Creating Maintenance plans & task listsYou can assign drawings to the task list operations using Drawing PRTs.
These are then automatically copied to the orders Pete A

Re: Creating Maintenance plans & task listsThanks for responding PJA but maybe i'm a little green on the PM functionality. Is there some kind of work instruction or step by step guide that i can get hold off to guide me through the process. Besides the drawings that i want to attach there are checklists for fleet that i want to upload & print when needed depending on the service required. Thanks once again for responding
Re: Creating Maintenance plans & task listsHave a look at the Document Management System help (DMS).

Re: Creating Maintenance plans & task listsHere are major steps (if DMS is configured properly)
1. Create document via CV01N 2. Attach drawings in document 3. Open task list in edit mode 4. Goto operations tab, select operation for attaching drawing and click on PRT 5. Add 'Document' -> reference document number created in 1st step Once you create workorder via maint plan for this task list, you will see document link on PRT screen via workorder's operation. For printing PRT Document's attachment, you may need to enhancement on workorder SAP Script. Hope this helps. Thanks,
