Possibly basic question about PReq -> PO

Post by MMPP » Wed Feb 01, 2017 4:27 pm

Help... I have a Purchase Req 1234 for 500 widgets. It has been converted to PO 5432, which is also visible in the "Status" tab of the PReq. PO 5432 is for 25 widgets.

So one would think that there must be an open PReq qty of 475. However, the PReq states that all 500 widgets have been ordered, and it is therefore closed (zero open qty).

How can I find out where the other 475 widgets are? On another PO? Shouldn't that be listed under "Status" in the PReq? I checked that PO 5432 and the quantity was not changed - it was always 25.
