Hi

Can some please help?

When creating an expense PO for a cost center the store location is mandatory.
How do make this display only for expense procurement?

The fields are controlled for each document type in customising, unless you've an enhancement going on there in which case suggest an abapper takes a look.

Hi,

As far as the standard SAP functionalities are concerned, the field status of the PO can only be determined / configured at either one of the following levels -

1) PO Document Type; and/or
2) Transaction Code; and/or
3) Item Category

Therefore, if you wish to control the ''Storage Location'' field status at the account assignment category level, I am afraid you have to enhance your system using either user exit or BAdI.
