Try to check in MN04/MN05 if the condition record is setup.

Check your setting for 'Processing status' in ME9F?
Good luck!

I still can't use ME9F to print, MN04 below:
message type: ZCEU(change purchase order), Doc type: NB, purchasing org:0100, vendor: 1007999
condition record: 1007999 OA 1007999 1(medium) 4(date)

ME9F input PO number, application: EF, message type: ZCEU, processing status:0 ,

error: no suitable purchasing doc found

if I choose ME9F processing status:1, I find record, but not maintained by MN04, this is the record I direcly go to ME22N, header and maintain print parameter, and it has been printed.

I want to use MN04 and ME9F to reprint changed PO, not through ME23N, what should I do?

Just try:

Date (4) does not match with processing status 0. It should be date (3) paired with processing status 0.

Also, in MN04/05, attached a default "output device" under communication.

Hi,

I am sure the document has been released already right ? Try to execute tcode SU53 or /OSU53 and check if there are any missing authorization.

Also check under "Fine-tuned message control for Purchasing".

SPRO -> Material Management-> Purchasing -> Message -> Output Control->Message Type ->Define Message Schema for Purchase Order-> Fine-Tuned Control: Purchase Order

Setup
1 ZCEU Purchase Order new
2 ZCEU Purchase Order change

If it is still not working, how about creating a condition (MN04) with key combination by document type only ?

Good luck.

how to check " document has been released"?

No su53 error

I use MN04 to create based on purchase group and document, still same error

Fine-Tuned Control: Purchase Order is correct setting

In ME23N, check in header Release Strategy tab.

I suggest you create a new PO document and see if it is picking-up the output determination.

Look, if your message in ME23N shows a green icon that means that it has been SUCCESSFULLY PROCESSED.
You are running ME9F with Processing status = '0' which means NOT PROCESSED. Of course it will not find anything!

Forget the other stuff!
Good luck!

Certainly it is possible. But I don't know how to explain it any differently - you need to enlist the help of an MM expert.
Good luck!

Hi Jolinchew,

It is best if you can attach all of your screen shots you have performed in your ME9F transaction so that we can understand what went wrong.

Cheers,
HT
