C indicator on the InfoUpdate indicator

C indicator on the InfoUpdate indicator

Hi SAP fans,

May I know what does it means of the last indicator meant with regards to the InfoUpdate indicator:

C - Updating is affected without plant data if plant conditions are not necessary for the plant.

I am sorry but the explanation is vague. Appreciate if anyone can help.
