planned delivery costs in PO

Postby helloSAPworld » Thu Jun 14, 2012 8:11 pm

as per normal practise, after GR posted in the PO, the planned delivery costs will be appearing as well in PO history.

now user say that they are not going to pay the delivery costs and want to remove the planned delivery costs in the PO history.
since the goods had already been GR and then moved out, so cancellation of GR is not possible.

what's the best advice for this?
just leave the planned delivery costs as it is now appearing in the PO history?
Thank you.

was it planned? probably yes, hence it is true to have planned delivery costs in the history.
this does nothing say about if you are really paying them.
and GR/IR clearance is done with MR11 as usual.

user didn't set the delivery % rate to 0 in the conditions tab hence when GR was posted, the amount generated under planned delivery cost.
afterwhich user realized that there shouldn't be any costs for the delivery, but it is too late for any reversal as the stock had already moved out and invoice paid(for item only).

so i supposed there's no way to remove the planned delivery in PO history tab and we have to just make do with it hanging in there?
thanks.

Hi,

You can clear the outstanding planned delivery cost via MR11 transaction. Let me know how it goes.

Cheers,
