Dear experts,
I have a question regarding Rejection of PO.
The scenerio is my client want to change the PO after Rejection without cancelation.
i tried to solve this with Release Indicator. Now I can change the PO even if it is rejected but the Problem is, Release Workflow is not re-triggering unless the Rejection is cancelled by the Rejecter. The client dont want to do cancellation.if the PO is changed after Rejection, the Release workflow should re-trigger & the rejection should be automatically cancelled.
Is there any way to cater this requirement.
Regards,

Hello,
By searching into my far memory (been out of SAP world for a couple of years), I would say that the PO release workflow could be re-triggered if a modification of an element of the release strategy is modified on the PO.
For example : your PO releasing strategy is based on "material group" and "item amount", if you modify one of these 2 elements, then the PO release should be re-triggered while if you modified "description", nothing should happen.
Once again, i am not positive about this, but you could try to check it.

Hi,
Firstly, I am unsure why the business decides to reject the PO release (via workflow) but still insisted to allow change without rejection cancellation. Why wasn't it be acceptable to cancel the release rejection during PO change? Wouldn't it be more logical in this particular case that the rejection will only happen in terms of workflow (i.e. the work item will be returned to the PO workflow initiator for due update) without actual PO release rejection in SAP?
Cheers,
HT
