Hi,
I have problems with inbound delivery both in manual process and in edi process.
If I make inbound delivery (VL31N) and the delivery date is in the past the system gives the message:
Check the notes in the log
Message no. VL016
Error Log:
Delivery date 18.01.2009 is in the past
Message type__________ I (Information)
Message class_________ VL
Message number________ 074
In idoc process this idoc gets status 52 Application document not fully posted.
How can I ignore this message because we want that idoc gets status 53 and no log should be done.
Thanks for your help,

Hi
Why would you want to have a delivery date in the past?

I want the delivery date in the past be valid for example when there has been some problems with idoc processing at weekend.
I know how to change the status manually, that's not problem.
All I want is that the delivery data in the past doesn't cause status 52, idoc must get status 53 automatically.
So does anyone know if this is possible?

Look at this OSS note (898626 )to pass the IDOC to status 53 instead of 52.
When there is a warning, like delivery date in the past, SAP put status 52 instead of 53.
The OSS note make the changes.
